Division 1 will take 10 teams. Division 2 will take 50% of competing teams (currently 12 teams). All teams are expected to attend league tournaments that are not cancelled by the league and hosting schools. If a team decides not to show up when a tournament is not cancelled, forfeit wins will be given following USAV protocol. All team players must attend the same institution from any two (2) or four (4) year degree-granting college or university. Female players are allowed to participate in the league. Players are limited to six years of consecutive participation in NECVL/NCVF events. Year one begins the first year a player’s name appears on a NECVL/NCVF roster OR the first year their name was listed on a “varsity squad list” of any 2-year or 4-year college varsity team. A roster must be filed with the league secretary by no later than January 25th of the current season. If you have a player(s) that is a graduating senior, and taking less than the required hours to fulfill their graduation requirements, please submit a letter from the registrar stating that fact.
